Refund policy

Refunds are available when you cancel at least 72 hours before your dinner. Your refund will include the ticket price minus the non-refundable $2.50 payment processing fee.

Instead of receiving a refund, you may reschedule for another available dinner or cancel for dinner credit. Credits are valued at the ticket price of the dinner you cancelled and can be applied to a future booking in the same community. If the new dinner costs more, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining credit will stay on your account.

Reservations cannot be cancelled, refunded, rescheduled, or converted to dinner credit less than 72 hours before the dinner. If you can no longer attend, please still let us know so we can release your seat and notify the host and other guests.

Eligibility for a refund, credit, or rescheduling is determined by when the request is made. Once the 72-hour deadline has passed, no changes can be made, including for illness, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with the dining experience.
